I was browsing around looking for something else on the Tube as one does, and I ran across these videos of a huge marching band (Pride of Arizona) doing Radiohead songs, fully orchestrated with line formations and flag waving. Whoever put this together and did this with their marching band deserves a Grammy. The amount of work and time to do this is mind blowing. Then they go and do not just one song, but 6 songs (well close to half of each). I might be way behind the times on finding this, and if so, let me still have my glory and excitement.

I can’t resist saying something about some of the comments people left about it on YouTube. Some people left comments saying stuff like “the horns are flat” and “the lines by the members aren’t straight”. Every time something amazing comes along there are always the elite who can’t take it. It looks like the “pro band members union” got together and held an official circle jerk to see if pineapple really does make a difference. I’ll challenge any naysayer to put this together. The transposing of notes alone would take hours and hours and hours, then to teach it to them, then have them actually march and come up with crazy formations on top of it all is beyond me. It almost makes me wonder if the people are little 3D characters or something and they just added the music later. Anyway, a lot of people left comments saying how much they liked it and so do I…actually it might be one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen and heard. Soak it in for yourselves:
